Your orders that you place on our internet store and via WhatsApp are delivered to you with the assurance of AFS Cargo. Your order is delivered to AFS Cargo between 24 and 48 hours. After receiving your order, AFS Cargo informs you via sms and delivers it to your address within 2 - 6 working days depending on your region. Please note that deliveries may take a little longer in mobile areas. Your delivery will be made within the first business day, as cargo companies do not work during public holidays and holidays.


In the product you have purchased; The condition must be that the product has not lost its resellability and has not been used. Invoice submission is obligatory in exchange and return transactions. Exchange and Return period is 2 business days from the date you receive it. You can send the product/products you want to exchange to us with a cargo company of your choice. Shipping costs are covered by you (Customs tax and shipping charges are your responsibility). After the cargo you have sent reaches us, you can create your exchange order. In order for us to find your exchange cargo easily, you are kindly requested to write your name, surname and telephone number during the cargo delivery.
Will I pay for Exchange and Return shipping costs?
No, in your purchases from, you will be refunded the amount you have purchased for the products you send back.
- Our return process for your online payments is 21 business days as of the date the product reaches our company.
The Shipping Fee will be reflected to you when sending your product that you have decided to change. All the products we offer for sale go through damage control while being packaged to be delivered to the cargo. If the rarely experienced product reaches you with a defective/defective/wrong way, the process works as follows; When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, make sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and have a "Due Diligence Report" prepared as soon as you see any damage. In case of any damage you notice after order delivery, you should immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a "Due Diligence Report". If the cargo branch does not help you in this regard, please inform us as soon as possible. When you send the damaged product to our address with the Damage Determination Report, your product exchange or return process is completed quickly and you are informed about it.
