The product must be unused, in resalable condition, and with its original tags attached.

An invoice must be submitted.

After the product reaches us, it will be inspected and your return or exchange request will be approved.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You can send your product(s) via our contracted cargo companies, DHL CARGO or FEDEX CARGO.

You may also use another courier service of your choice; however, any customs or shipping costs incurred will be entirely your responsibility.

During shipment, please make sure to write the full name, surname, and phone number used in your order on the package.

Packages must be marked as “personal shipment.”

Packages marked as commercial may face delivery delays or be returned.

Our company is not responsible for packages that are held at or returned from customs.

Please always check the outer package when receiving your order.

If damage is detected, you must ask the courier to prepare a “Damage Assessment Report.”

For any damage noticed after delivery, please immediately contact the relevant courier branch to have a report prepared.

🔹 After Return / Exchange

Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected.

Upon approval, your refund will be transferred via bank, or a new product will be shipped for an exchange.
