DELIVERY
Your orders placed in our online store are delivered to you via DHL CARGO or FEDEX CARGO. Your order will be delivered to DHL Cargo or FEDEX CARGO within 24 to 48 hours. After DHL Cargo or FEDEX CARGO receives your order, it will notify you via SMS and deliver it to your address within 2-6 business days, depending on your region. Please note that in mobile areas, deliveries may take slightly longer depending on the state. Since cargo companies do not work during public holidays and holidays, your delivery will be made within the first business day.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
In the product you purchased; The product must not have lost its ability to be resold and must not have been used. It is mandatory to submit an invoice for product transactions. The exchange and return period is 2 business days from the date you receive it. You can change the size or model of all our products. You can send the product(s) you want to exchange via our contracted cargo company (DHL CARGO or FEDEX CARGO). If you wish, you can also ship with the cargo company of your choice. Please get support from our WhatsApp line at +90 541 950 87 60 regarding the products you will send back for Return or Exchange. Our company cannot intervene in cargo that is stuck in customs or returned from customs. For this reason, we kindly ask you not to send shipments without receiving information from our WhatsApp line. Our company is not responsible for any damage, missing items or inability to reach the address in external shipments. After the cargo you sent reaches us, you can create your exchange order or return record. In order for us to find your exchange cargo easily, you are kindly requested to write your name, surname and telephone number (included in the order) with which you shopped, during the cargo shipment. Exchange and return shipping costs belong to the buyer. All products we offer for sale are inspected for damage while being packaged for delivery. In the rare event that a product is defective/defective/wrong and arrives to you in such a case, you can get help by contacting us via WhatsApp. When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and prepare a "Due Detection Report" as soon as you see any damage. In case of any damage you notice after the delivery of the order, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a "Due Determination Report". For products received damaged from cargo, you must directly contact the cargo company and request adjustment.
