EXCHANGE & RETURN

After the cargo you sent reaches us, you can create your exchange order or return record. Exchange and return shipping costs belong to the buyer. All products we offer for sale are inspected for damage while being packaged for delivery. In the rare event that a product is defective/defective/wrong and arrives to you in such a case, you can get help by contacting us via WhatsApp. When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and prepare a "Due Detection Report" as soon as you see any damage. In case of any damage you notice after the delivery of the order, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a "Due Determination Report". For products received damaged from cargo, you must directly contact the cargo company and request adjustment.
